Return and Refund Policy for Teradozz

At Teradozz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and how we handle returns.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds. These include:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been altered, used, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@teradozz.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item(s).
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your items.
  4. Inspection: After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Refunds (if applicable):

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned after the 7 days from the delivery date.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want.

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@teradozz.com with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 7 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, you may initiate a return once you receive the item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the specified processing time, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank as there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
