Cancellation Policy for Teradozz

At Teradozz, we aim to provide a hassle-free shopping experience to our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully to understand your rights and the steps involved in canceling an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched by contacting us at support@teradozz.com or by calling +91-7827686780. Please provide your order number to expedite the process.
  • Cancellation After Dispatch: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. However, you may opt for our Return Policy after receiving the product.

2. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • For prepaid orders canceled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no charges will be applied if canceled before dispatch.

3. Order Cancellation by Teradozz

Teradozz reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • If the product is out of stock or discontinued.
  • In case of inaccuracies or errors in pricing or product information.
  • If the delivery location is outside our shipping zones.
  • If payment is not successfully completed or verified.

In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund for any payments made.

4. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is confirmed. These include:

  • Customized or Personalized Products: Orders for items that are personalized or made to your specifications cannot be canceled once production has begun.
  • Final Sale Products: Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are non-cancellable.
