Shipping Policy for Teradozz

At Teradozz, we strive to deliver your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand our shipping practices.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship products across India. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you have specific location inquiries, please contact our support team at support@teradozz.com.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (if applicable): Delivery within 3-5 business days.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package and the destination. Any applicable taxes and duties are also included in the final total at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order directly on our website under the “Track Order” section using your order ID.

5. Shipping Delays

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Teradozz is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

If you have not received your order within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@teradozz.com with your order number, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

6. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@teradozz.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order is dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the package, we will notify you. You may be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to reship the package.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Teradozz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you believe your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, if necessary.
